Personality
Xael is calm and collected under just about every circumstance. She's good in a crisis, and supportive of those around her. She likes helping people, which is what drove her to join the Conjurer's Guild initially. Xael is quick to laugh, usually has a smile on her face and is generally optimistic and laid back. She can get very serious if the situation calls for it, ready to take charge if needed, or provide back up. She is passionate about her hobbies and wants nothing more than to see the people she cares for happy.
History
Xael grew up in Gyr Abania in a nomadic tribe. She generally is pretty quiet about her past, not opening up about it unless she really trusts someone. She left her tribe when she was around 17, making her way to Gridania where she joined the Leatherworker's Guild before anything else. She eventually made friends with a viera adventurer who talked her into joining the Conjurer's Guild and becoming an adventurer with her. The two of them worked together for a while before they decided to start a free company, gathering other adventurers to them as they went about taking jobs. Xael continued her work as a healer and the FC leader, but her passion has always been with crafting, and as her travels took her to more and more cities, she joined the other crafting guilds, using her down time between jobs to hone her skills. Now she focuses her time between the FC and running a small crafting school out of her own home, taking on students and mentoring new crafters.

Healers: Xael has been practicing White Magic and Sagecraft for some time and would love to help out budding healers as a mentor. She also could have friends from the Conjurer's Guild she still keeps up with
Crafting Classes: Xael runs a small crafting school, she would be thrilled to take on students, or other teachers looking for a workshop
Gathering Buddies: Xael relaxes mostly with botany, traveling around the world in search of rare plants. She would love a travel friend, gatherer or otherwise
